Prepare the Apples and Cranberries
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced Granny Smith apples and fresh cranberries.

Add Flavorings
Sprinkle in the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice over the fruit mixture. Toss gently until the fruits are evenly coated.

Set Aside
Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Streusel Preparation

Make the Streusel Topping
In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Set Aside
Once mixed, set the streusel topping aside for later use.
Assembly and Baking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Transfer Filling to Baking Dish
Pour the apple and cranberry mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Add Streusel Topping
Evenly sprinkle the prepared streusel topping over the fruit filling.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the streusel is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
