Gather all ingredients and ensure your blender is clean and ready for use.

Blend the Cocktail
In the blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Add ice cubes to fill the blender halfway.

Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serving

Take a chilled glass and pour the blended Pina Colada mixture into it.
