Pasta
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Chicken
- 2
Grill the Chicken
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Alfredo Sauce

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss until the pasta is evenly coated. Serve the pasta topped with the grilled chicken slices and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
