Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.

Mixing the Dip

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  2. 4

    Add Cheeses and Seasonings

Add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  2. 6

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Serving

  1. 7

    Add Toppings

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with diced tomatoes for added freshness and color.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve warm with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
