Bruschetta Topping

Prepare Topping

    Chop Tomatoes

    Dice the Roma tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Add Basil

    Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the diced tomatoes.

    Season Mixture

    Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixing bowl. Then, drizzle in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Mix Well

    Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.

Toast Bread

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Slice Bread

    Slice the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

    Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Assemble Bruschetta
