Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 3
Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 4
Prepare the Cheese Filling
Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl.

Shape the Energon Cubes

- 6
Bake the Cubes
Place the cubes on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 7
Serve with Marinara
Serve warm with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
