Roasted Bone Marrow

Method

Preparation and Assembly

  1. 1

    Roasting the Bones

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the beef marrow bones upright in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the bones.

  2. 2

    Bake the Bones

Roast the bones in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and starting to bubble.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bread

While the bones are roasting, prepare the house made bread by slicing it and toasting it lightly, if desired.

  4. 4

    Plating the Dish

Once the bones are roasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve the marrow bones with prime rib pâté on the side, topped with house pickled Bordeaux onions, and accompanied by toasted bread slices.
