Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rub the pork ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Make the Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine prickly pear juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce on the side.
