    Cook the Pasta

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the wild caught shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Make the Beurre Blanc

    Reduce the heat to low, add the butter and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

    Combine Ingredients

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the pico de gallo. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

    Serve

    Divide the pasta among plates. Top with diced avocado and sprinkle cotija cheese on top. Serve immediately.
