    Prepare the Escargot

    In a medium saucepan, combine the escargot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics

    In the same saucepan, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallots, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add Wine and Snails

    Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the prepared escargot, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

    Finish with Butter and Herbs

    Remove the pan from heat and stir in the remaining butter and chopped parsley until melted and combined.

    Serve

    Transfer the escargot and sauce to a serving dish and serve hot with slices of house-made bread for dipping.
