Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Carefully strain the mixed cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom for a gradient effect.
