Main Ingredients

Honey Cranberry Dijonnaise

For Toasting

Method

Prepare Honey Cranberry Dijonnaise

  1. 1

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and cranberry sauce. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Toast the Bread

  1. 2

    Butter the Bread

Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

  2. 3

    Toast the Bread

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Toast until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and toast the other side for an additional 2 minutes without butter.

Assemble the Turkey Gobbler

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On the unbuttered side of two slices of toasted sourdough, layer the deli turkey, followed by the prepared stuffing, and then drizzle with gravy.

  2. 5

    Spread the Sauce

Spread a generous amount of the honey cranberry dijonnaise on the unbuttered side of the other two slices of sourdough.

  3. 6

    Complete the Sandwich

Place the dijonnaise-covered slices on top of the assembled turkey and stuffing slices to form a sandwich.

Serve

  1. 7

    Final Touch

Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve warm, with extra gravy on the side for dipping.
