Method

Prepare the Cream Mixture

  1. 1

    Whip the Heavy Cream

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

  2. 2

    Combine Mascarpone and Sugar

In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Fold in Whipped Cream

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well incorporated. Set aside.

Prepare the Coffee Mixture

  1. 4

    Mix Coffee and Liqueur

In a shallow dish, combine the strong brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Stir well.

Assemble the Tiramisu

  1. 5

    Dip Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

  2. 6

    Layer the Ingredients

In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture on top.

  3. 7

    Repeat Layers

Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone cream mixture.

  4. 8

    Chill

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  5. 9

    Serve with Cocoa

Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
