Directions
- 1
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, even fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- 3
Coat the Fries
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
- 4
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated sweet potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired, and serve warm.
