Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and hulls, then place them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Smash the Strawberries

Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently smash the strawberries in the bowl until they release their juices but are not completely pureed.

  3. 3

    Prepare Mint

Take the fresh mint leaves and gently clap them between your hands to release their aroma.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the smashed strawberries, Tito's vodka, and fresh mint leaves. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.

  2. 5

    Strain the Mixture

Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice, leaving the solids behind.

  3. 6

    Add Prosecco and Starry

Gently pour the prosecco and Starry over the vodka-strawberry mixture in the glass. Stir gently to combine.

Garnishing

  1. 7

    Garnish the Drink

Add a lemon wedge and two strawberry slices on the rim of the glass. Optionally, add a few extra mint leaves for decoration.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately while chilled for the best flavor and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Spritz!
