Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the sliced strawberries, hot honey, and sour mix. Muddle the ingredients together gently to release the strawberry juices and combine the flavors.

Combine with Club Soda
Add club soda to the shaker with the muddled mixture. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing too much carbonation.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Optionally, rim the glass with Tajín for added flavor and garnish with a few strawberry slices on top.
