Juicing Process

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the oranges, apples, and cranberries thoroughly under running water. Peel the pineapple and cut it into manageable chunks.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

  3. 3

    Juicing the Apples

Quarter the apples and remove the seeds. Place the quarters in a juicer and process until smooth. Strain if desired.

  4. 4

    Juicing the Pineapple

Place the pineapple chunks into the juicer and extract the juice. Strain to remove any fibrous material if desired.

  5. 5

    Juicing the Cranberries

Place the cranberries in a juicer and process them. You may need to add a small amount of water to help with the juicing process.

  6. 6

    Mixing the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the orange, apple, pineapple, and cranberry juices. Stir well to mix the flavors.

  7. 7

    Sweetening (optional)

If desired, add honey to the juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

  8. 8

    Serving

Serve the juice chilled over ice in glasses. Garnish with a slice of fruit if desired.
