Juicing Process

Prepare the Fruits
Wash the oranges, apples, and cranberries thoroughly under running water. Peel the pineapple and cut it into manageable chunks.

Juicing the Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

Juicing the Apples
Quarter the apples and remove the seeds. Place the quarters in a juicer and process until smooth. Strain if desired.

Juicing the Pineapple
Place the pineapple chunks into the juicer and extract the juice. Strain to remove any fibrous material if desired.

Juicing the Cranberries
Place the cranberries in a juicer and process them. You may need to add a small amount of water to help with the juicing process.

Mixing the Juices
In a large pitcher, combine the orange, apple, pineapple, and cranberry juices. Stir well to mix the flavors.

Sweetening (optional)
If desired, add honey to the juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Serving
Serve the juice chilled over ice in glasses. Garnish with a slice of fruit if desired.
