Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew Coffee

Start by brewing fresh coffee using your preferred method. Aim for a strong brew to complement the whiskey and Baileys.

  2. 2

    Warm the Glass

Preheat a heat-resistant glass or mug by filling it with hot water for a few minutes. Discard the water before adding the coffee.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In the warmed glass, pour in 1 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey followed by 1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream.

  2. 4

    Add Coffee

Carefully pour 6 oz of the freshly brewed coffee into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the whiskey and Baileys.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Top with Whipped Cream

Gently spoon 2 tablespoons of whipped cream over the coffee mixture. Do not stir; the whipped cream should float on top.

  2. 6

    Add Garnish (optional)

Sprinkle a tsp of ground coffee or cocoa powder on top for extra flavor and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
