Preparing the Vegetables

Mix the Dry Coleslaw
In a bowl, combine the dry coleslaw mix and set aside.
Grilling the Vegetables

Heat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side until they are soft and pliable.

Add the Filling
Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on each tortilla, then layer the grilled vegetables and dry coleslaw mix evenly over the top.

Wrap it Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
