Method

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 1

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the tomato, slice the mushrooms, chop the onion, and slice the green bell pepper into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dry Coleslaw

In a bowl, combine the dry coleslaw mix and set aside.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Heat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  3. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

Assembling the Wraps

  1. 6

    Prepare the Tortillas

Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side until they are soft and pliable.

  2. 7

    Add the Filling

Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on each tortilla, then layer the grilled vegetables and dry coleslaw mix evenly over the top.

  3. 8

    Wrap it Up

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Serving

  1. 9

    Slice and Serve

Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy your grilled veggie wraps!
