Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced onion to the bowl with the romaine.

Add Olives and Pepperoncini
Add the kalamata olives and pepperoncini to the salad bowl. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.

Add Feta
Crumble the feta cheese over the top of the salad.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and oregano until well combined.

Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
