Chill the Glass
Begin by placing a champagne flute or coupe glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Elderflower Liqueur, 1 oz of Hendrick's Gin, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (approximately 1 cup) and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the shaken mixture into the glass.

Top with Prosecco
Carefully pour 3 oz of Prosecco over the strained mixture in the glass, allowing it to mix gently.

Garnish
Finally, add 1 Luxardo Cherry on top as a garnish for a touch of elegance.
