Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Romaine
While the chicken is grilling, wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear or chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the grilled chicken slices on top of the romaine lettuce. Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
- 5
Add Toppings
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top of the salad for added flavor and texture.
