Chicken Cutlet

BLT Ingredients

Method

Chicken Cutlet Preparation

1

Prepare the Chicken

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

2

Breading Station

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour (mixed with salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs.

3

Bread the Chicken

Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip in the egg, and coat with bread crumbs until evenly covered.

4

Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.

8
