Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook, whisking frequently, until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

Add Cheese and Seasonings
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.

Mix Everything Together
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and crumbled bacon. Mix well until the macaroni is evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the macaroni and cheese.
