Brew 3 shots of espresso using your espresso machine or method of choice. Ensure the espresso is strong and flavorful.

In a cocktail shaker, add the freshly brewed espresso and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes (approximately 1 cup) and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and combined.
