Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Lobster and Shrimp

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster claws and tails. Boil for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove and let cool. In the same pot, add the jumbo shrimp and boil for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and let cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Oysters

Shuck the oysters and place them on a serving platter. Keep them on ice to ensure they stay fresh and chilled.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Crab

In a bowl, gently fluff the lump blue crab meat to remove any shells and place it in a serving dish.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Seafood Tower

On a large platter or tiered serving stand, arrange the lobster claws, lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, and oysters artistically. In the center, place the bowl of lump blue crab.

  2. 5

    Add Dipping Sauces

Place small bowls of cocktail sauce, garlic butter, and lemon wedges around the seafood tower for dipping and garnishing.
