Lobster Bites

Method

Lobster Bites Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. 2

    Add the Egg

Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The egg will help bind the ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Shape the Bites

Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized patties or balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

  5. 5

    Cook the Bites

Add the lobster bites to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Sriracha Aioli Preparation

  1. 6

    Mix the Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Crunchy Vegetables Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Vegetables

Wash and julienne the carrot and cucumber. Thinly slice the bell pepper and radishes. Arrange them on a serving platter.
