Lobster and Gnocchi

Truffle Cream Sauce

Toasted Breadcrumbs

Method

Preparing the Lobster and Gnocchi

  1. 1

    Cook the Gnocchi

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface, usually 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster

If using fresh lobster, cook the lobster claws in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool, then remove the claw meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces. If using pre-cooked lobster meat, simply chop it into pieces.

Making the Truffle Cream Sauce

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. 4

Add the Cream and Truffle Oil

Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the truffle oil and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toasting the Breadcrumbs

  1. 5

    Toast the Breadcrumbs

In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

Combine Gnocchi and Lobster with Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, lobster claw meat, and truffle cream sauce. Gently toss to coat everything evenly.

  2. 7

    Serve

Plate the lobster gnocchi and top with the toasted breadcrumbs. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious lobster gnocchi!
