Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Burger Patty
Form the ground beef into an 8 oz patty. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Burger Patty
In the same skillet, add the burger patty. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
4. Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of Vermont cheddar on top of the patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
5. Prepare the Bun
Toast the homemade burger bun until golden brown.
6. Assemble the Burger
Spread herb mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by bacon, sliced tomato, and arcadian greens. Top with the other half of the bun.
