Method

Dairy Milk

    Serve Whole Milk

    Pour the whole milk into a glass.

Chocolate Milk

    Mix Chocolate Milk

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the whole milk and chocolate syrup.

    Dissolve Chocolate Syrup

    Stir well until the chocolate syrup is fully dissolved.

    Serve Chocolate Milk

    Pour into a glass and serve chilled or over ice.

Almond Milk

    Soak Almonds

    Soak the raw almonds in water for at least 12 hours.

    Blend Almonds

    Drain and rinse the soaked almonds, then add them to a blender with 4 cups of fresh water.

    Blend to Smooth

    Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.

    Strain Almond Milk

    Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a clean bowl.

    Flavor Almond Milk

    Add vanilla extract and sweetener, if desired. Stir well.

    Store and Serve Almond Milk

    Pour into a bottle or jar and refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Oat Milk

    Blend Oat Milk

    Combine rolled oats and water in a blender.

    Blend to Smooth

    Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

    Strain Oat Milk

    Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a clean bowl.

    Flavor Oat Milk

    Add vanilla extract and sweetener, if desired. Stir well.
