Method

Main Scramble

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausage. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the diced ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the cooked meats.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

Gently stir the eggs and meats together. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Green Onions

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the scrambled eggs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the green onions are mixed in.

  5. 5

    Roast the Tomato

While the scramble is cooking, slice the tomato in half and place it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes until roasted.

Buttered Biscuit

  1. 6

    Make the Biscuit Dough

In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the stick of unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  2. 7

    Add Milk

Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.

  3. 8

    Shape and Bake

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and pat it into a 1-inch thick rectangle. Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Comeback Sauce

  1. 9

    Mix the Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth.

Serving Suggestions
