Preparing the Ingredients

Roasting the Tomato
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tomato in half, place it on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.

Cooking the Meats
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced ham, crumbled sausage, chopped bacon, and sliced chicken sausage. Cook until all meats are browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Scrambling the Eggs
In a mixing bowl, crack the four eggs and whisk until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In the same skillet used for the meats, reduce heat to low, and pour in the eggs. Stir gently until they begin to set.

Spoon the meat lovers scramble onto a plate. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve alongside the roasted tomato. Drizzle with the comeback sauce and serve with a buttered biscuit.
