Method

Fried Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into strips. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk with the egg. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the buttermilk mixture, and back in the flour to double bread.

  3. 3

    Fry Chicken

Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Wrap Assembly

  1. 5

    Prepare Tortillas

Lay out the large flour tortillas on a clean surface.

  2. 6

    Assemble Wraps

On each tortilla, layer the romaine lettuce, tomato slices, fried chicken strips, and crispy bacon. Drizzle cilantro aioli over the top.

  3. 7

    Wrap It Up

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to the top to create the wrap.

Cilantro Aioli

  1. 8

    Make Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Serve

  1. 9

    Presentation

Serve the wraps with the kettle-cooked potato chips on the side.
