Method

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until the eggs are softly scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.

Buttered Biscuit

  1. 3

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.

  2. 4

    Cut in Butter

Add the cold, cubed butter into the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to combine until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. 5

    Add Milk

Slowly add the milk and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

  4. 6

    Shape and Bake

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently pat it into a 1-inch thick round. Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. 7

    Serve

Serve warm with butter or jam.

Choice of Meat

  1. 8

    Cook the Meat

Choose your meat option. For bacon, cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. For sausage links, cook according to package instructions, usually around 10-12 minutes. For ham, warm it in the skillet or oven until heated through.

Choice of Side

  1. 9

    Prepare Hash Browns

Cook hash browns according to package instructions or fry fresh grated potatoes in a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 10

    Prepare Fresh Fruit Salad

Chop a variety of fresh fruits such as berries, melons, and oranges, and combine in a bowl.

  3. 11

    Slice Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it to serve fresh.
