Bulgogi Sausage Ingredients

Method

Preparation and Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sausage Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Casings

Rinse the pork casings under cold water and soak them in water for about 30 minutes to soften. Rinse again before using.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Sausage

Using a sausage stuffer, fill the casings with the bulgogi mixture, being careful not to overstuff. Twist sausages into 6-inch links and tie off the ends.

  4. 4

    Cook the Sausage

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the sausages from the grill or skillet, let them rest for a few minutes, and serve hot. Enjoy the delicious bulgogi sausage with your favorite dipping sauce or in a bun.
