Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Herb Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Baking the Salmon
Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Apply the Herb Crust
Evenly spread the herb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently to adhere.
Bake the Salmon
