Preparing the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Prep the Vegetables
While the salmon is marinating, wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, chop the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, and trim the ends of the asparagus.

Season the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, chopped bell pepper, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.

Plate the Dish
Once the salmon and vegetables are done grilling, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon fillets alongside the grilled vegetables on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
