Preparation

1

Prepare the Ribeye Steaks

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling. This helps them cook more evenly.

2

Season the Steaks

Rub both sides of the ribeye steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary evenly on both sides.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

4

Grill the Steaks

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them. This will create a nice sear.

5

Flip the Steaks

Using tongs, flip the steaks and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust the time depending on your desired level of doneness.

6

Rest the Steaks

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and place them on a plate. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Optional Sides

7

Grill the Vegetables

While the steaks are resting, you can grill your vegetables. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on the grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

8

Bake the Potatoes

For baked potatoes, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
