Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

Breading Process
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Bacon
In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce. Place the fried chicken on top, sprinkle with chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
