Preparing the Chicken

Season the Chicken
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Prepare Breading Stations
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking the Chicken

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Cook Chicken
Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then add tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Topping and Baking

Assemble Chicken Parm
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the cooked chicken breasts in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.

Add spaghettini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
