Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your wood oven to 400°F (200°C). If you are using a conventional oven, preheat it to the same temperature.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large mixing bowl, combine the jumbo chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are fully coated in the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.

Baking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Saucing the Wings

  1. 5

    Choose Your Sauce

Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Choose your desired sauce (Bourbon Maple Glaze, Buffalo, Spicy Asian, Garlic Parm, Old Bay, or Lemon Pepper) and drizzle it over the wings.

  2. 6

    Toss the Wings

Toss the wings in the sauce until they are fully coated. Adjust the amount of sauce according to your preference.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Serve the wings hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired, along with your favorite dipping sauces.
