Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and let rest.

  3. 3

    Make the Spiced Apple Sauce

In a saucepan, combine apple cider, diced apples, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Blend until smooth if desired.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Grits

In a pot, bring water or chicken broth to a boil. Stir in the stone ground grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 20-25 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Squash and Onions

In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced squash and onions, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the grilled pork tenderloin and serve with spiced apple sauce, parmesan stone ground grits, and sautéed squash and onions.
