Method
Sweet Potato Fries
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare Sweet Potatoes
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin, even strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to help them cook evenly.
- 3
Season the Sweet Potatoes
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
- 4
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- 5
Bake the Sweet Potato Fries
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Aioli
- 6
Prepare Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves finely.
- 7
Mix Aioli Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 8
Chill the Aioli
Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
