- 2
Toast Walnuts
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts until fragrant and slightly golden, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool, then chop coarsely.
- 3
Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, onion, garlic, oats, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 4
Form Patties
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 1-inch thick.
- 5
Cook Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
Assemble Burger
- 6
Prepare Bun
Toast the Sun Dog bakery roll in the same skillet until lightly browned.
- 7

On the bottom half of the toasted roll, layer the organic mixed greens, followed by the cooked lentil-walnut-hemp patty, sliced tomato, and sprouts.
- 8
