Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow bowls, place flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in the third.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the flour, ensuring it is coated, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere well.
- 4
Bake the Chicken Tenders
Place the breaded chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the tenders. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
