Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

In a shaker, combine the Grey Goose vodka and house made lime cordial. Shake well to mix.

Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass over the ice.

Top off the drink with soda water. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
