Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the fresh strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and cut them in half.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hennessy VS, Coole Swan Irish Crème, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.
Garnish
Top the drink with the halved strawberries for garnish.
Serve
