Preparing the Nachos

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the nachos.

Prepare the Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into quarters to create tortilla chips. You can also use store-bought tortilla chips if desired.

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of the tortilla pieces evenly. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the tortillas.

Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the tomatoes, corn, red onions, and jalapenos over the cheese-covered tortilla layer.

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the top of the toppings.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with Cilantro
Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top for freshness.
