Traditional Guacamole

Prepare the Avocados
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mash the Avocados
Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).

Stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Incorporate lime juice, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and crispy pork belly into the mashed avocados.
