Preparation of Fried Bananas

- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Wrapped Bananas
Carefully place the wrapped bananas in the hot oil, frying them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Drain the Excess Oil
Once fried, remove the bananas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
